The building is very clean and very well maintained. The constant second-hand smoke seeping into my unit from the other "non-smoking" units, however, is very irritating and health problematic. Hopefully this will be resolved since one of the primary reasons I moved here was that smoking was not permitted in the units. If not for the cigarette smoke, I would give a much higher rating.
For the most part living here has been a good experience. We still do have a problem with getting hot water, sometimes having to run it for about 5 minutes. Also the heating system is not the greatest in the winter, probably needs a regular maintenance cleaning in the suite. Also people with dogs are not following the rules as to where to take the dogs to do their business.
