Nice knowledgeable staff and patient, even with those stressed out. I noticed in-house, that those not happy with the service are those not getting the answers "they" wanted. I would think service canada is there to give you correct information, not to give you (incorrect) answers that you want to hear. It's not an easy job you guys have, thanks for your time.
