Went in when they had their holiday decor on sale and got told that the item I had picked out, while clearly was holiday decor, was not included in the sale because it was a “fab find”. Like what the heck! The sign said holiday decor and didn’t mention exceptions. I also feel like when I go in there, they size you up as to what they think you can afford. If you look like someone that can afford more and you find an item that isn’t priced, the price goes up. I truthfully want to support them but they are shady there. And their prices are higher than other thrift stores, the store is dirty and not clean at all. I would much rather ship at the other thrift stores in town (Bfm, value village). At least I don’t feel that the prices change depending how you look. I am on a very low income but I don’t maybe look “poor” so I feel like the managers there adjust how they treat you accordingly. I would not recommend this store to anyone. It’s not worth it. Reminded me why I never go there
